If you want delicious and nutritious meals all ready to eat then you will be delighted to enroll in Sweet Sue's Kitchen meal prep plan.  You can get weekly, monthly or even one time meals delivered.  You can choose from a wide selection of soups, salads and entrées and you can also choose vegetarian, Paleo, Keto or vegan diets.  There are low salt and low sugar options as well.

Enjoy your weeknights and spend time with your family rather than time in the kitchen by getting our delicious and nutritious meals, all ready to eat.

Chef Sue specializes in clean, fresh food that can help you lose weight and improve your health and well-being.  Anti-inflammation diet plans are available.

Applewood smoked bacon, grilled chicken, tomatoes, chopped egg, carrots, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, avocado, bleu cheese

Served with house-made ranch or bleu cheese dressing

3. Roasted Veggie Salad

Roasted butternut squash, red and yellow peppers, corn, onions, asparagus, eggplant sundried tomatoes served over romaine lettuce.

Served with house-made Dijon balsamic vinaigrette.

4. Waldorf Chicken Salad

Apples, grapes, candied walnuts, crisp celery, chicken, gorgonzola, baby greens

Served with house-made Dijon balsamic vinaigrette.

5. Asian Chicken Salad

Shredded green and red cabbage, carrots, scallions, grilled chicken, crispy noodles, sliced almonds, sesame seeds.

Served with house-made Greek oil and red wine vinaigrette.
